Materials design for Magnesium batteries
Description:
E-magic project aims at development Mg-metal and Mg-S battery technologies using DFT calculations to accelerate materials discovery. Screening for new cathode materials and electrolyte systems is supported by detailed theoretical analysis to understand Mg-ion transport. All of the studies are performed in close collaboration with experimental groups from Israel, Germany, France, Spain and UK.
